By creating an account or using CreateOnePage.com ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
CreateOnePage provides tools to create one-page websites, landing pages, and related analytics. We may update or change features at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering, whether using email/password or a third-party sign-in (e.g., Google). You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Plans, Payments and Credits
Free accounts include limited features and display CreateOnePage branding.
Paid credits (one-time purchases) allow additional visits and features.
⚠️ Important: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credit transfers.
Credits are consumed as visitors access your page. When credits run out, you can purchase additional packs.
Payment Processing:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and store your content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, scams, or illegal activity.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or harm the platform.
- Circumvent usage limits, branding requirements, or security features.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, design, and branding are owned by CreateOnePage. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before any claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vienna, Austria, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
